The singer Ok-ie is on her way to the Japanese man Sasaki's bar where she works when she meets Bum-ie. The Japanese Special Forces killed Bum-ie's parents and had even cut his tongue out. Meanwhile, Nam Kuk-hyun, an independence fighter and a famous wanted man, has come to Kyungsung(now Seoul) to take funds to Manchuria. But Bum-ie misunderstands and turns Kuk-hyun in. Sasaki, an intelligence officer of the Japanese Special Forces, tries to grab Kuk-hyun. Bum-ie regrets his decision and tries to run away carrying Ok-ie but they get caught. In order to avenge his father, Bum-ie faces Sasaki. Ok-ie seduces the head of Japanese Special Forces and rescues Kuk-hyun but dies in her efforts. Finally, Bum-ie learns that Yamamodo is his enemy and he fights him. Kuk-hyun leaves for Manchuria with the funds and secret information.
