Plot

During the Joseon Dynasty, power was persistently threatened by political battles and social power plays frequent led threatened society, often leading to the commission of crimes. But King Yejong is keen to collect evidence of these crimes, solves cases and brings the perpetrators to justice. Sharp young man Seo, with photographic memory and quick recall, then becomes the King’s record keeper.




Seo’s timing couldn’t be better as he arrives by the King’s side amidst a particularly distressing case which the King has been drawn to in Hanyang. His curiosity stems from a rumor that there is a plot to remove him from his throne. Fearing a revolt, the King and Seo investigate the truth beyond the strange happenings in Hanyang.
