Plot

People are shaking with fright as a serial killer who wears a gas mask goes on a killing spree. Sang-Kun Joo, a political candidate, receives a letter saying that he will be killed if he wins the election. A wolf girl who alleges that she was raped by her own father wants to be killed by the serial killer. Bo-Sik, a traffic warden, wants to catch the serial killer because he thinks he is a superhero. Patrick, an American soldier, wanders about after his Korean girlfriend gets killed by the serial killer.
