Plot
Han Min-woo (Gang Dong-won) is a genius best-selling novelist who is enjoying great popularity thanks to his appearance as well as his brilliant record as the youngest prize winner in a literary contest. He is also scheduled to marry his rich and attractive fianc?e, Eun-hye (Kong Hyo-jin) soon, so his looks are perfect. But his life is deceptively imperfect. He is now getting more and more nervous because the new novel he has begun to write doesn't work out well and he often suffers from insomnia. One day he begins to feel someone gazing at him. Wherever he goes, whoever he is with, or whatever he does, he cannot avoid this gaze.
Eventually he is led to open the door of Lupang Bar, a tavern located in an alley as if he were having a dream. He meets Mimi (Lee Yeon-hee) there. She's wearing a violet dress and is the very person whose gaze has followed him. Thanks to her, Min-woo is able to pour out stories that have previously only lingered in his head. He recalls a familiar melody he forgot a long time ago... The next day, when he opens his eyes at the sound of a phone call, he finds he is in his apartment. But being unable to remember anything except Mimi's dim face, Min-woo meets Eun-hye. Having met Min-woo after a long time, Eun-hye begins to be nervous about his transformation and strange behavior...
