Plot

Tae-sik is the boss of a 3-man gang with Kkol-tong and Ssang-kal as his followers. Their goal is to make it big just once to change their lives altogether. One day they get their hands on a very hush-hush video tape containing information about the illegal political campaign funds of a CEO of a conglomerate. What’s more, they even find a police ID card. But the tape suddenly vanishes. Out of the blue, they turn into cops. With their abundant(?) field experience and knowledge of every corner of the under world, they could beat a real cop. Despite the mistakes by Kkol-tong and Ssang-kal, there is no case that they can’t solve. What’s more, they even earn the respect of real cops. Maybe they should change jobs. Dong-mu a not-so-smart young man gets the tape by accident from the video rental store in the neighborhood. They threaten Dong-mu for the tape, pretending to be detectives. They end up searching for the tape together, but the teamwork isn’t that great. Will they be able to find the tape?
