Plot

Just before the co-host of Korea and Japan World Cup 2002, the Japanese ultra-rightist organization, Cheongunpa planned to disturb the co-hosting of the World Cup. The leaders of Cheongunpa after finishing harsh training were Murakami and Hanako, cold blooded snipers. They were sent to Seoul to sabotage the Korean Japan World Cup. However, the inarticulate Cheongunpa members consistently made stupid mistakes, and the shortage of operation funds forced them……
Meanwhile, Hwang Bo and Gap Du, KP agents, secretly infiltrated the group to obstruct their efforts, but they were not able to solve the cases because of Cheongunpa's maneuvering.
However, they found a clue unexpectedly and chased Cheongunpa. At last, a major gunfight occurred in the middle of downtown Seoul between Cheongunpa and KP agents.
