Plot
After having spent twelve long years in prison as a juvenile criminal, Hee-soo is released from his sentence. The moment he steps out of prison, there is an explosion in the jail boiler room. A fire breaks out at a pharmacy in the middle of the city. After a couple of days, there is another fire in a residential area. The fear of fire swallows the entire city. The battle between the city and the fire begins as this mysterious professional pyromaniac continues to threaten the safety of the city and Sang-woo and his fellow firefighters risk their lives to fight against the criminal.
