Plot

Yoon-hee takes care of her sick mother by playing piano in a restaurant. One day, she gets an offer she can't refuse from Han Ji-ho, president of a company, to look after his terminally ill son Min. Yoon-hee agrees to masquerade as Soo-hee, Min's ex-fiancee who left him when he became a vegetable from a car accident. Min, who is also blind, is convinced that Soo-hee is back and finds new strength to live on. Yoon-hee does her best to take care of him by giving him acupressure therapy, which is his only hope for recovery. She begins to actually fall in love with Min. Soon, she finds herself pregnant with his child. Min begins to recover and even gets an eye operation to recover his sight. When Soo-hee returns from the United States, Yoon-hee realizes that her job is done and she leaves Min. Min recovers his sight and finds out the truth. He also realizes that it is Yoon-hee that he loves and he goes to find her.
