Plot

When Jang Sam-bong, the leader of the national organization network is attacked, he appoints Baek-chon as his second generation successor. Before he dies, he also leaves ten commandments for the local mob bosses to follow. But Hyun-tae, Baek-chon's rival, disobeys the ten commandments and joins forces with Japan's Hara to dabble in drug smuggling. He schemes to kill Baek-chon and become the third generation leader. Baek-chon barely escapes the attack by Hyun-tae but is imprisoned for manslaughter. Hyun-tae's devoted follower Oh-bok, through the influence of Sung-hee who loves Baek-chon, switches sides. And after being crippled through Hyun-tae's revenge, he looks after Baek-chon's needs while in jail. But when Baek-chon avoids Hyun-tae after being released, he becomes very disappointed and tries to take on Hyun-tae himself and dies in the process. Baek-chon goes after Hyun-tae and finds out that he killed Jang Sam-bong. He defeats Hyun-tae and Hara and re-establishes the ten commandments calling together those who will loyally follow him.
