Plot

A meteorite hits earth, giving off mysterious energy and light. With Dr. Moss' help, Almon goes to conquer the underground empire and make them his slaves. Almon's dream is to control Wuroimae and take over the universe, becoming the emperor. Almon makes a robot in the form of a dinosaur and starts on his world conquest. Aspa Man and Tallie Wuroimae fight against them but they can't defeat the dinosaur robot designed by state-of-the-art technology. At this time, the light from the mysterious blue stone combines with photon Wuroimae. As the third generation Wuroimae comes to Aspa Man and Tallie Wuroimae, Almon's dreams of universal domination come to an end and peace returns to the universe.
