Plot

A self-proclaimed Jesus escapes from a mental institution and heads for Seoul. He is under the delusion that he is searching for a woman in order to save Seoul from the fires of judgment. He searches for an angel but no one looks his way. Only a child who sells chewing gum and wishes for a mother follows him. Finally, he finds a beautiful woman. Through his entreating persuasions, he moves her heart and she tells him she loves him. Thus, Seoul is promised to be the land of blessings. 'Jesus' is captured and sent back to the mental institution but the woman becomes the child's mother so 'Jesus' ends up keeping his promise to the child, too.
