Kim In-ho is deployed to the Philippines as a student soldier. After returning to his home country thirty years ago, he gets a letter from Pera, his girlfriend, to come to the Philippines. Upon reaching Manila, In-ho is entangled in the murder case of the mistress of the Japanese commander Iwabuchi and Inspector Jun's father. Senior Inspector Gerald, head of Interpol, Inspector Jun, and Junior Inspector Hwoiri focus in on Iwabuchi and the nightclub owner Johanson as the culprits. During the Japanese occupation, Iwabuchi hid an enormous volume of gold in the Dalsin Valley. In-ho is the only one who knows where the gold is hidden. In order to force In-ho's cooperation, Iwabuchi imprisoned Pera. When Inspector Jun and Junior Inspector Hwoiri get involved, things get moving. The moment the gold is handed over to Kaera, the boss of an international crime ring, Jun defeats them and recovers the gold.
