Plot

In-gul and Gi-sung are Taekwondo experts and best friends. They part ways to spread the martial arts throughout the country. In-gul goes to Ganghwa Island and finds a strange group of people. They follow them and see that the gold on the island is being sold off to Chinese merchants. He soon turns up missing. Gi-sung hears about In-gul and goes to the island with In-gul's sister. They defeat the merchants and Hyuk-su and his gang and protect the gold of Ganghwa.
