Plot

A Korean physicist, Doctor Choi Young-Dal invents a simple but robust light shooting machine called "Cobalt 70" and assures that he will use it only for the peace of the world and human well-beings while staying in Hong-Kong. But Black Condor's men kill him and take the diamond where the plan is. Hong-Kong investigating authorities ask for help to Interpol. In the meantime, Seol-Hee, Doctor Choi's daughter, traces them for revenge and the diamond. Whenever she is in trouble, a unknown man, called "Hong-Kong-Kong Kid", saves her.. Finally, they defeat Black Condor, get the diamond back, and return to Korea. Hong-Kong Kid is Koran, called "Jang Min-Ku"......
