Plot

Bok-nyeo, who is almost an idiot, sells apples in the center of the market place and supports her idling and jobless husband, Seong-chil. But her husband falls in love with another woman and abandons her. Angered at this situation, Yeoung-gu who has felt pity and sympathy for the woman kills Seong-chil and is arrested by the police.
