Misida Yukio, a nominated Nobel Literature Prize candidate and the most recognized writer in Japan, committed suicide at the room of the Head of Self-Defense Forces, asserting 'Turning the Self-Defense Forces to regular army,' and 'Protection of Japanese King' on November 15, 1970 in Tokyo. Tomita, an officer of Self-Defense Force, disappeared from the sights of pressmen after laying down a bunch of chrysanthemums in front of the room of the Head of Self-Defense Forces. On April 28, 1971 in Seoul, the date the third inauguration of the sixth Korean President, Park Jeong-hee, the difference between the number vote won by Park Jeong-hee and Kim Dae-jung, who was his political opponent, was merely 950,000. Systematic vote purchasing, obstruction, and intimidation… The election was corrupted with those illegal methods, and President Park felt fear for the presence of his political opponent. Besides, Kim Dae-jung had injured his leg severely by dashing out of a suspicious heavy truck during his supporting activities for representative election.
October 1972 in Tokyo and Seoul. To treat the aftereffects of his injury, Kim Dae-jung visited Tokyo on October 17 and heard that martial law had been declared by President Park. His life as a political exile began and he secretly traveled between Japan and America.
In April 1973, Tokyo. Tomita received information about a Korean part-time worker Lee Jeong-mi who had communicated with a North Korean intelligent agent. He started round-t
