| Deuk-gu who grew up looking at the blazing sun and vast ocean, had big dreams. One day, he gets on a bus to realize his dreams. After arriving in Seoul he joins Dong-a gym with the resolve to become a champion. He soon becomes close friends with good-natured Jong-pal and quiet yet reliable Sang-bong. But for Deuk-gu, his best pal is none other than boxing. He is fascinated by the sport that gives him as much as he puts in. He steadily grows into a real boxer until one day he sees Gyeong-mi who had come to the office next door and falls in love at first sight. He chases after a bus to catch her, and when she wants to stay a bit longer, he urges her to go home before the chicken he bought for her gets cold. He is the happiest man on earth and feels as if he owns the world. Now, all he needs is the champion belt, for his love and for his life-long dream.
