A spy of the pro-Pyeongyang Federation of Korean residents in Japan orders a woman spy Ji-mi to assassinate a big business owner Yang and fabricates his dying wish to inherit the huge property left behind Yang. He then poison Yang's daughter Jeong-nin to death. Yang's legal adviser suspects him of killing Yang and requests the police to investigate the case. On the other hand, Jeong-nin's ghost afflicts the murderer every night. Finally Ji-mi confesses the conspiracy, and she gets arrested accused of homicide and espionage.
